Privacy Policy

We collect only what you send us and what a standard analytics tool records. There are no accounts on this site, and we take no payments through it.

When you contact us

Your name and email, plus whatever else you choose to add: company, phone number, country, preferred way to connect, project timeline, how you heard about us, subject and message. If you book a consultation, your preferred date and time and your browser's timezone.

When you apply for a role

Applications are sent by email to [email protected], so we receive whatever your email contains: usually your name, contact details, CV and portfolio links.

When you browse

Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

• To reply to your message, schedule a call you asked for, and prepare a proposal.
• To consider your application for a role.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Google Analytics

The _ga and _ga_* cookies tell repeat visits apart. They last up to two years. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same without them.

YouTube

Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. The YouTube player, and any cookies it sets, loads only when you press play on a video.

Session storage

One timestamp that stops the page reloading in a loop after we publish an update. It holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.

We share data only with the services that run this site, and only as far as each one needs:

Google

Analytics, the fonts used on this site, and YouTube for video.

Netlify

Hosts the site and keeps its server logs.

Our email

Contact form submissions pass through an automation workflow we run and are delivered to our team's inbox.

Some of these providers process data outside Bangladesh. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Inquiries

Deleted 12 months after our last exchange if no project follows. If we work together, kept for the length of the project and as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Applications

Deleted 12 months after the role is filled, or 12 months after we receive an open application, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for longer.

Analytics

Kept by Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months.

The site is served only over HTTPS, so anything you send through the contact form is encrypted in transit. Submissions go to a small number of team members who need them to reply.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data, where we don't need to keep it by law.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose.

Email [email protected] and we will reply within 24 hours. This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
