About these terms
These terms apply when you use weezlab.com, the website of WeezLab, a digital studio based in Bangladesh. By using the site, you agree to them.
They do not govern client work. When we take on a project, the proposal and agreement we both sign set out scope, price, timelines and ownership, and they take precedence over anything on this site. Our products on their own subdomains have their own terms.
Starting a project with us
We'll send a written agreement with the proposal, or review yours.

Using the site
You're welcome to browse, share links to our pages, and contact us. Please don't:
- Break the law
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to help someone else do so.
- Interfere
- Try to gain unauthorised access, overload the site, or disrupt how it works for others.
- Misuse the forms
- Send spam, malicious files or links, or messages that impersonate someone else.
- Scrape heavily
- Copy the site at scale with automated tools in a way that burdens it, beyond normal search-engine indexing.

Our content
The site's text, design, code, graphics and the WeezLab name and logo belong to WeezLab. You may quote or link to them with credit, but not reuse them as your own or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Work in our portfolio is shown to illustrate what we do. Rights in each piece belong to WeezLab or to the client it was made for, and nothing on this site grants you a licence to use it.

What you send us
When you contact us, please make sure what you send is accurate and yours to share. We treat project details you send as confidential and use them only to respond to you and prepare a proposal. How we handle the personal data involved is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or commit either of us to a project.

Information on the site
We keep the site accurate, but its content is general information, not professional advice or a binding offer. Prices, timelines and service descriptions are indicative until they are confirmed in a written proposal.
The site links to other websites, including our products and clients' sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability
The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, WeezLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law
We may update the site or these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
